I met Suzanne and Steve Chaney in the fall of 1982 when they enrolled their preschooler Marc in my class. I will never forget Marc’s sparkling blue eyes and his rosy cheeks—he absolutely radiated good health. I remember thinking this child could be a model for the Campbell Soup kids.
