Sean and I have been avid users of all the Shaklee products for about the last 8 years. Between the two of us we have had many good health stories related to the products.

When I was in college, I used to get headaches at least once a week. (It was probably due to a combination of too much sugar in my diet and incomplete nutrition.) In 2003, Sean introduced me to the Basics pack and the Energizing Soy Protein. I noticed a difference within a couple of weeks after I started on the products. My headaches began to become fewer and father between. These days, since transitioning to the Vitalizer daily pack, as well as additional products such as, GLA, Osteomatrix, Cinch, etc., I very rarely get a headache. If I do I can usually ward it off with the extra calcium in the Osteomatrix.

A couple of years ago, we moved to North Carolina. With the change in the environment and vegetation (pine trees and lots of flowering trees), Seans allergies really flared up worse than ever. With Dr. Chaneys advice, Sean increased his intake of Nutriferon, alfalfa, DR, and vitamin C, and his allergies began to subside after a week or so. This spring just as the flowering trees began to come out and fill the air with pollen, Sean began the regime again and didn’t have any problems with his allergies.

Sean is also allergic to most fish. He’s so sensitive to fish that he isn’t able to take the OmegaGuard - the pure oil in it gives him a bit of reaction. When the new Vitalizer pack was introduced, Sean was a little hesitant to try it out because of the Omega-3s in it. But he thought he would give it a try, hoping by chance it wouldn’t bother him. With the Vitalizer S.M.A.R.T. delivery system, the Omega-3s are absorbed at just the right time and place in his digestive track so that he doesn’t experience an allergic reaction. So for anyone who has problems with fish oil or doesn’t like the fishy aftertaste of the OmegaGuard, the Vitalizer is a good option. Also, just this past week, Sean tried the new children’s Mighty Smarts DHA chews (with the omega-3 fatty acids) and can get those down without any problems!
